Very good food! The Chopped Beef sandwich was stuffed full of meat and flavor. I also had their Homemade Green Beans and Mustard Potato Salad. Everything down to the sauce was great. Added a Pecan Pie slice to share and it was perfect. Employees were helpful and nice. Restaurant was cute with all the decor, and the seating outside is perfect for nice weather. We will be back!!

Great!! Meal was hot & fresh. Fresh cut French fries are the bomb. Chopped beef sandwich & sauce were delicious. Will go back.

By far has a very good fully loaded baked potato with one side and toast for $10 now that's a great deal. Food is great and awesome friendly workers.

We were pleased with all the mears. Brisket was not dried out, sausage was excellent with flavor but not too spicy, ham was most and had wonderful flavor as well. I enjoyed the mustard potato salad and the pinto beans. We will be back!

This place is always great. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The food is flavorful and fresh. The portions are large and the staff are friendly. If you like BBQ this is a destination place for sure.

I was just out for a ride in the cool air, and I stopped in here for a little lunch. I got the Wednesday special for 12 bucks. There were enough ribs and sides for two meals. The ribs were very good. They were not overcooked, like most places, and the BBQ sauce was used as a condement and not an ingredient - like good Texas BBQ should be. The dining room has a great country atmosphere. I was very impressed.

BBQ, need we say more? Juicy, tender brisket. The stuffed potato is enough for two meals. Looks to be family run. Definitely on our list of places to eat at often.

A casual BBQ joint. You can eat indoor or under a covered patio at picnic tables. Free refills with no table service. Portions were a little sparse and the fried okra had several pieces with the husk still on them. Not the best but not the worst.

First time I went, food was pretty good, got a spud and some brisket, their BBQ sauce is great by the way.However, this last time I went, the brisket was a bit tasteless before adding the BBQ sauce, the sides were decent, but I splurged and got banana pudding and I'm not even gonna lie, it was absolutely pathetic...there weren't any bananas in it. It was literally vanilla pudding and wafers. Sad excuse of a dessert and waste of $3 on my part. Dessert pretty much ruined my experience.

My husband and I got brisket fully loaded baked potatoes. They were awesome, neither one of us could eat it all.

Food was okay. Cool decor. Outdoor, non air conditioned bathrooms. Have smoke pits for their meat outside as you enter. Outdoor seating. Guy cutting meat wasn't very accommodating, nice about not putting sauce on my daughter's meat...not sure why (easy peasy). Country setting. Had live music when we visited. Was our first time. Probably won't return. Service and vibe were both dull and low energy (kinda surprising since the two on the serving line were young).

Pretty good food. Kinda pricey, but you'd expect that from a BBQ joint. Boss takes us to lunch here once in a while and it tastes even better when someone else is paying!

Very good brisket and smoked Turkey. The brisket is $22 per lb and the other meats are $16 per lb.

Established local BBQ joint, great brisket, moist and nice crust. Well traveled intersection and country type atmosphere. This is a favorite place of mine, recommended for brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken and great BBQ sauce too. Check it out next time you're in North central Texas

Honestly I expected more from a place that was one of Texas Monthly's Top 50 especially when it ranked in the top 10. The jalapeño sausage could have used a bit more kick. The brisket, while expertly smoked, could have use a rub or a stronger wood to impart more flavor. The ribs were a little dry but had good bite. Overall not a bad experience, and I will probably try it again, perhaps earlier in the day.

Fantastic food, super friendly employees, consistently excellent mood. They charge affordable rates and the food quality is good. I recommend this place.

Bbq is really good but those sides will keep us from returning. Get some BBQ baked beans. MacandCheese for the kids. Pick ONE potato salad and do it right. Add some cobbler to the menu too. So much potential but things like mashed potatoes made from leftover baked potatoes..no thanks.

Always love the baked potatoes 🥔! Make sure u say extra butter if you do order 1. They are shy on there scoops for how big the potato is.

Poor customer service call-in orders are not take the way they should drove 20mins thinking my order would be ready. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have any food prepared. It would take an additional 40mins if I wanted the food which i was told they had available at the time the order was taken.

I've been coming here since I was a little kid and not once have I been disappointed in their food quality! In fact, I've grown to love it more and more over the years. I don't make it out here because of the distance, but every free weekend I get you best be sure I'm making the drive to get this BBQ!

I've been a customer for over 20 years. They have great authentic smoked barbecue. It's my go to place for party food when it's too hot to smoke at home, even though it's a 20-30 minute drive each way and there are plenty of closer places. I always get a little of every meat and it's all good.

Big Daddy's is the BEST when we want BBQ this is where we go!!! the Baker Loaded Potatoe is our favorite always get enough to eat and great price, will NOT be dissapointed!!!

Food is excellent! Great smaller place to go to for casual dining and a tasty menu.

First time going here! My mom sort of talked it up to me, so I was a bit skeptical but she was actually right. The food was really, really good and they gave us such big portions that we had to take home half of it, so it means you could get the two meat meal and share it. They have high chairs for the kiddos and most everything is good for a one year old to eat.

Tried this place for the first time over the weekend. We got the baked potato and it was AMAZING!! It was also big and fulfilling too. Also had the banana pudding and that was great as well. Super tasty! The place is small, but there is inside and outside seating and it felt clean. The employees weren't outgoing or friendly. They didn't even smile at all while we were there (trust me you can still tell if they are smiling with a mask). Overall, I do want to go back. The service wasn't terrible. But it could have been better. The food is outstanding!

Worst barbque ever sausage and brisket, soured bad mayo potatoe salad, and pinto beans gross. Passing thru. Rudy’s barbque teach them to make barbque. 14.00 for yukkiest ever barbque.

They were awesome; used them for catering at my wedding back in March 2020. Food was delicious and the service was amazing!!

Special of the day was the ribs they tasted and looked like beef jerky not a good experience!

Had the chopped pork sandwich with okra and french fries and the 2 meat (brisket and jalapeno sausage) plate with corn on the cob and green beans. Brisket and sausage was pretty good (high praise from my hubby). He would have preferred the corn off the cob but no big deal. The okra was awesome and I took some home. The pork sandwich was good but wished it was bigger.

Food and service were great!! However, the inside needs a GOOD cleaning. Glad they didn't have the ceiling fans on the dust on them and the decor was inches/years thick.

Pretty good. Definitely needed more seasoning for me BUT my husband uses a lot of seasonimg when he cooks so I am used to his. Its honestly better when a restaurant doesn't over season 🤷‍♀️ the stuffed spud was realllllly good!

Their ribs are the best thing there. Their back potato needs help they don't understand what loaded means. Loade means bacon, sour cream, chives, onions, cheese, butter.. I had a baked potato with brisket sour cream cheese I was very disappointed I told them loaded. I wouldn't dine in ever again unless it's just the ribs potato salad.

The fatty brisket is great. Has a very different flavor than the lean brisket. They have giant loaded baked potatoes. Friendly staff.
